Being a direct part of Gerigi ITS is nothing like I've experienced before. Its pressing timeline paired with the demands of being a mentor is one helluva ride. Being able to talk to many juniors from various backgrounds and conversing with them, having little to no clue about what they are doing or about to do in their respective majors got me moving back in retrograde
